But I'm tired, my joints hurt, it's my "off" day, "deload", but muh programming calls for..., I'm sore, I already trained that part one time this week, I'm too old...., No carbs, it's prep time, I don't wanna get too big, I don't have time.. not even an hour..... Feel free to add your own excuse where you see fit.... You might get find that you don't have many legit excuses on why you can't do something. Dudes missing limbs, training each other past their limits. This is why my ass trains 7 days a week unless I'm legit dying. I crave results!
