Another rendition of my panko & crystallized ginger crusted scallops. This time served over Jasmine rice, a smear of sweet chili sauce, and baby bok choy - two ways: I separated the larger outer leaves from the inner cluster. Then, I sautéed the big leaves with garlic and sesame oil (plated over the rice) and deep-fried the inner cluster to a satisfying crisp (plated as a bouquet next to the scallops). Awesome flavors and textures with this one!

I love this dish not only because it's delicious, but also because it took me 30 mins to throw together. Tagliatelle with black trumpet mushrooms cooked in @kerrygoldusa butter then reduced in @clover.sonoma heavy cream, tossed with a lot of grated 24 month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano from @giansantidimuzio! 😍
Do you sometimes order a dish just because you tried it on holiday and it was your favourite? And then it's either a hit or a miss? Case in point this currywurst from @brothaus_bakerybistro, just because I ate my weight in these in Nuremburg and Berlin. Unfortunately pretty to look at but the dish was begging for more sauce!

Instead of sausage, people usually put a fried egg on top of it. If you come to Chile don't forget to ask for this.
