Evolution of holidays - 2015->2016->2017. My biggest -> during my first prep -> life now ❤️
On the left I would use the holiday as an excuse to eat badly but still train, and enjoy myself. In prep in the middle I spent a week in Greece on a complete bro diet with ONE cheat meal - no extra ice creams! 😯 and now, I still have a lot to learn about balance. But this holiday I didn't undereat, or over eat - I indulged and I drank and I ENJOYED and I trained some and rested some too. 🌞
The road to normal human-ness after prep is a hard one - but for me this is progress! One step at a time girlies - and LOVE yourself along the way 🍸💕

💥💥 Speedflex at the Kingsley💥💥 As a Professional MMA Athlete I'm always looking for new ways to improve my training in order to better my standard of fighting.
I'm lucky enough that I've never dreaded cardio, although I can say it wasn't the most pleasuring aspect of my training, in fact if I was honest I never was a one for running the roads, which once upon a time caused problems.
However, since introducing @speedflex into my training I've seen my cardio game come on leaps and bounds! My endurance and explosiveness especially. And thankfully I actually enjoy the speedflex classes and structure, it's not like your plain old boring cardio workout. Whether it's a group session or alone I do become engrossed in the class, the time flies by.
Speedflex has something different to offer- there's always a new way to challenge your body without the extra pain that usually I'd associate with cardio workouts. I love that it's high intensity coupled with low impact, my recovery time is much faster and essentially it has had a domino effect on my other training. The trainers and machines ensure you use the time to maxium benefit this giving me more time to put into other areas.
I was also amazed at how speedflex aided my weight cut for recent fights, I seen myself climb down the kilos faster after each session. What a relief!!! Without a doubt speedflex gives me an extra edge in my performance as of late. I look forward to my next outing in the cage to show how stronv my cardio game is.
