Meal planning on Saturdays is my jam!!! Sets us up for a week of healthy eating, feeling great, and staying within budget!!! I used to grocery shop several times a week as we needed food, but I realized it was more opportunity for us to buy junk and we were spending way more on groceries as each trip was costing $70+. So once a week is what we do now. Produce usually last us 7 days and then I am needing to refill on the fresh stuff!
So I'm quickly grabbing a quick snack so I don't shop on an empty tummy because I know that gets me into trouble as I find myself buying double what we really need😉
