With that out of the way, here's a few snippets from posing practice with Kim. I've stared at these photos for a bit deciding what to do with them since I don't want to send the wrong message BUT this is a part of this sport, and a very crucial part I might add. It's the presentation of ourself and our package to the judges. I'll be damned if I work this hard and don't post pics from the show that are similar. So here's mine 6 weeks out! I've always been super hard on myself, so naturally I find the areas to improve first. After staring at these for awhile and sharing with a few close people, I'm actually quite damn proud that I have 6 weeks to improve upon this!!! Even my husbands reaction of "is that YOU???" tickled me a bit! ☺️ This is actually MY body, I've developed it. No one else has put in the work but ME! So here's to an amazing first season and first two shows! 🍾🥂
POSITIVE THOUGHTS! 💭Life isn't worth living if you don't have a positive vision of it. It doesn't mean to be happy all the time, but to be aware that not everything is wrong. It's okay to be angry, sad or depressed but it's important to be mindful of the things that have a positive impact in your life. The more you force yourself to think positive, the easier it gets to go through hard times. 💭 Each day, I read a quote about life that I know will make me feel good and motivated for the day ahead. Also, each night before bed I write 5 things I am grateful for. It seems like nothing but it's life changing... give it a go! 💗 We all deserve to go through life with a smile. 😃 . - 🇫🇷 POSITIVE THOUGHTS! 💭 La vie vaut la peine d'être vécue seulement si l'on en a une vision positive. Cela ne signifie pas être heureux en permanence, mais simplement d'être conscient qu'il y a toujours quelque chose de positif dans chaque journée. C'est normal d'être énervé, triste et parfois au bout du rouleau... Je trouve que dès que je me force à remarquer les choses positives, la journée qui était merdique le devient immédiatement un peu moins. Plus on se force à penser de façon positive, plus il devient supportable de traverser des périodes difficiles. 💭 Tous les matins, je lis une citation qui me motive et me rend enthousiaste à l'idée d'attaquer la journée! Tous les soirs, j'écris 5 choses pour lesquelles je suis reconnaissante avant d'aller dormir. Cela n'a peut être l'air de rien comme ça, mais ces astuces fonctionnent pour moi! Nous méritons tous d'avancer dans la vie avec un sourire... 💗😃 #healthyandhappy

Not gunna lie this was fucking delicious 😂 Post boxing omelette for one 🥊😍 Had an epic one on one session with @christhebullbaugh, such a nice guy and knows his stuff. I am really enjoying boxing and it's such a learning curve for me, keeping your body central in terms of your stance, as a netball and sprinter I'm so used to launching my weight forwards and it's great to retrain those movements and retrain your mind 😄 Yoga this evening with @shanie_page, what a good day! 🙌🏼

Well - it seriously feels like it is sooooo close now! Excited is an understatement!
Tiredness isn't really affecting me yet - but there are Defo changes. Bump is growing (a lot) which is good! We want babba to grow! But makes me feel like a whale ha ha!
But a big change Iv felt... Exercise!
Since Monday Iv felt a change. Body is not moving as fast in spin, things are getting tougher! I'm still enjoying the seated sprints but standing are more challenging.
But let's be honest what can I expect!? I'm 8 months pregnant ha ha!
Upper body workouts are great and I'm really enjoying them.
Stretch and flexibility is (ironically) the toughest for me. Because your body is supporting a baby so you need to be so careful not to over stretch. I'm still doing what I can but taking that side of exercise very carefully.
I do want to carry on exercising as long as I can but I will listen to my body.
I just believe that it is so good for you - feeling fit. But also for the mind! A release of endorphins is one of the best feelings you can get! And im convinced that during pregnancy this can help you with so many challenges, as well as good sleep and relaxation.
And .... (Not that it's the most important) but also keeping up fitness can surely help your body after??? And getting back in shape after bubba?? Obviously I haven't had my baby yet so I can't say if it does or not so would love to hear feedback from other mamas? ✨💛 Happy Hump Day - Happy Bump Day X
Hey guys, I'm still around. I've fallen off the wagon this week with everything going on. Work stress. Life stress. Losing my father. It's just been a whirlwind of chaos and we'll stress. Needless to say I've been so busy with everything I've neglected the time to make myself meals. And with that I've been grabbing fast food. I've also neglected to exercise because I just haven't had the time and I've been kind of lazy struggling with emotions over my father. Excuse or no excuse I'm not one to give up. I just need time. I promise I'm making every effort to get back on the saddle and ride again.
