Now..I make a concious effort to be almost painfully transparent to you all on my journey which is just one of the reasons this question bothers me. If you've read or listened to my content at all then you would realize what an absurd question that truly is and yet I am still asked on a weekly basis😐
SO in efforts to satisfy those desperately looking for the quick fix.. my "secret".. I'll say it's this: STOP MAKING BULLSHIT EXCUSES TO YOURSELF.
Truly, that's it. Too tired? Nope, because you no longer make up excuses. Too busy? Excuse. No gym membership? LOL I LOST 100 LBS WITHOUT ONE💯 Don't know how to workout? I'm completely self taught.
If you eliminate your excuses, you are forced to hold yourself accountable for your actions and your happiness.
If you truly want something, you work for it- no matter the circumstances- DAILY, and I can promse you, your body will reflect your effort.💯💯
I lost 100 lbs in 10 months with no gym membership.. no plan.. but I had DRIVE. You could find me at this very track nearly every day making up exercises and making a fool of myself 😂😄 So the secret... NO MORE EXCUSES. Get out and MOVE. WORK. No one else will create the life you want for you💯

Currently off to the gym with @foodymandy for a late night session 🙈 We tried out some @lindamccartneyfoods shredded hoisin duck for dinner, served with a miso aubergine and quinoa 👌🏼 perfect Monday pre-workout meal! The fake duck is a great way to get in protein if you're vegan or vegetarian, or are just wanting to cut back on meat 🐣
They say to never miss a Monday workout so tonight I'm going to be working chest, shoulders, and triceps at the gym. I'm going to try and get in lots of supersets to get the heart rate high and burn some extra calories before bed 😻 what are you working out today? 💕👏🏼

Doordeweeks wil ik eigenlijk gewoon iets eten dat snel klaar is, makkelijk te bereiden en voornamelijk een beetje gezond.. Dus geen ellendig lange ingrediëntenlijst of uren in de keuken (tenzij ik uiteten ga en iemand anders het maakt😜).. Als ik van werk kom besteed ik mijn tijd namelijk veel liever aan iets anders zoals sporten💪 of bijkletsen met een vriend(in)🤗 Ik heb eigenlijk maar één voorwaarde die ALTIJD geldt: het moet lekker zijn. Ik eet niet functioneel om het 'moeten eten' maar omdat ik echt van eten HOU💓Je ziet mij daarom ook nooit borden droge rijst met broccoli en kip wegwerken.. Niet dat daar iets mis mee is (ieder zijn/haar ding), maar ik vind het gewoon niet echt smaakvol en saai😂.. Je kan met kruiden en een beetje variatie zo makkelijk een lekkere maaltijd op tafel zetten. Mijn eten van vanavond, deze wraps, stond binnen 15 minuten op tafel😎 Tuurlijk eet ik ook heus wel maaltijden die ik regelmatig eet zoals een pasta, een curry of deze wraps.. maar als je steeds een beetje varieert met de inhoud & ingrediënten van je gerecht ervan, heb je toch elke keer net een andere maaltijd.. Want waarom zou je iets eten dat je eigenlijk niet lekker vind? Van eten moet je genieten😋! Altijd!
