I've said it before...something about this time of year makes it hard for me to stay committed to my journey. I know I have choices, but spring fever fogs my health conscious mind and makes me go a little cra cra. Lol I lose focus easily and it's always hard for me to get back in the groove. It sucks, and I hope that in the future, I can get a better grip on the spring fever...but for now... I am stealing this from one of my favorite MN #fitsisters , @fitgirl.minnesota, who said it perfectly!!! 😊👯🎉 .

Cardio workout ftw!
This workout bike has been in our family for forever! I remember my dad would do his cardio on it and would always sweat a ton! Here I am, 20 years later doing the same. 😅😅The bike is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done!
Ugh 😩 missed today's workout because I had so much work to do. As a teacher I finish at noon on Wednesday but today I haven't stopped 🤓 On my desk from 2pm to 23pm 👍

Do you know what word I cringe to hear? "Hustle." 🙄🙅🏼 In balancing EVERYTHING we already have going on in our lives - our passions, businesses, dating lives, loved ones, health (god forbid we take time for self-care ‼️😱), the LAST thing we need is for someone to remind us to "hustle."
We are fragile, precious beings that were created to live and work by seasons - including times of rest. To *hustle* and *grind* and *get shit done* is so important, yes, but we aren't made to work past our limit. It's not physically healthy, let alone mentally! ✨🌚🌞
For the remainder of the week, practice moments of peace. Put your phone in the other room for an hour, limit your to-do list, grab a glass of wine and have a conversation with your favorite person. Work hard when it's time to but avoid the overly-hyped idea of hustle.
Tonight I went to Wagamama and consumed 1371 cals worth of Raisukaree LOL I didn't even know I could eat that much in one go. But oh well, it was absolutely delicious and I have no regrets✌🏼 I hope everyone had a good hump day 🍑 THE WEEKEND IS IN SIGHT!

How I feel about it only being Wednesday 😝😝😝 but seriously yesterday I just felt so negative. I was tired and the day felt so long and I could feel my anxiety and I was just *over it*. It was just one of those days, ya know? Last night I literally had to stop✋🏻 and remind myself that even on those meh days, there are still so many things to be happy about and grateful for. I like literally sat there and listed in my mind all of the wonderful things in my life that completely overwhelm all of the minor frustrations or bothers. It felt awesome to actually be able to stop myself from becoming more anxious 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 and really calm down and reflect. We all have those moments, days, even weeks. It's important to remember that there is always SOMETHING to be thankful about and happy for. Usually there are quite a few of those somethings. 🙏🏻 Feeling grateful at all times. The absolute best feeling is knowing that I have access to two different gyms with different equipment, different environment, different lighting 😏 but in all seriousness I love having dual memberships and being able to switch it up whenever I feel like doing so. I killed my chest and arms today at Golds, and overall I've had a good day. My new @gymshark leggings will be coming in tomorrow and I'm so stoked to do a video on all my new Gymshark goodies as well as take some bomb booty selfies in my new leggings!!
