Life has been nothing less than a journey and there have been plenty of rough roads, but I couldn't be happier to be where I'm at now. And it's only the start. I have so much to look forward to, such as growing as a family, being the best mom I can be and watching my baby girl grow up, eventually being a grown up and buying a house with @karatebob1988 😉 and much much more. I LOVE where I am in life. Bettering myself and my body every morning at 530am-killin' workouts with @meghanbertoni -coming home to my daughter every night and being not only best friends with Bob, but also being so in love and just progressing even more everyday. Here's to a happy life, and an even happier journey in the future! Thank you for the struggles, I wouldn't be the person I am today without them.
Couldn't have had a better time with my parents the last few days. Watching hockey, relaxing at the beach, eating great food, sightseeing, and walking at least 10,000 steps everyday 💕 thank you for making the trip to see our home!

When your coworker @akshuntoutdoors tells you chicken is half price you hault your workout early (only had 2 sets left) and run to the grocery store! I got as many as will fit in my freezer because chicken is expensive here. What a steal! #chicken#protein#sale#sobeys

It's Monday! A fresh new week to try again. It was a quick one at the gym today cause both my boyfriend and I have work tonight, but it's better than not going at all 💪🏽 I did a 5 minute light jog warm up and then did HIIT between 4-7 mph for 16 minutes and then sat in the sauna for a bit. Let's make it a good week, guys :)
