Who does yoga? So this is a topic that Interest me and a subject that @i_am_legend10 (who is probably one of the very best natural body builders on the planet) brought up on Facebook the other day. Yoga is something that I have just started doing. On my rest days,nothing crazy just basic/beginner level stuff using YouTube as a guide. I've already found just from two session that my mobility has improved and my body feels more limber/free. I am all for mindfulness and this is also a great way to fuss a deep mind/body connection. Let me know your opinions 馃槉

馃敺 genauso mit etwas Knollensellerie verfahren (gibt einen besonderen Geschmack)
馃敹 gew眉nschte Menge bereits verzehrfertig zubereitetem Tatar (kann man auch problemlos weg lassen)
馃敺 ganz viele Kr盲uter und Gew眉rze 馃槉 (hier: frischen Thymian und Koriander, Knoblauch, Pfeffer, Chili, Salz)
