Happy Friday loves! I have always been horrible at drinking the right amount of water but have been INTENTIONAL the past few weeks and wanted to share what has helped me!💧💦
🍇🍋 Make it fun and add fruits, lemon, and even mint!
🚽 Drink a glass after every bathroom break or every two hours
🍽 Drink a glass before every meal
👉Use fun water bottles or carry a gallon around with you so you are reminded to finish it throughout the day (as its not easy to carry something heavy around all day! It will remind you to drink!)
📱Use a water app if it helps you stay on track!
💦Enjoy some sparkling water once in a while like La Croix OR add some flavoring that is nutritious and filled with electrolytes and vitamins minus all the artificial sweeteners out there (I use APMED hydrate its so good!) .
💥Water is so incredibly important and makes up 75% of our bodies! Being DEHYDRATED can cause so many issues like weight gain not allowing the body to rid of toxins, joint issues, arthritis, premature aging, high cholesterol by producing more cholesterol to prevent water loss from our cells, constipation, skin and digestive disorders, bladder issues, and high blood pressure due to blood thickening and causing resistance of blood flow!!. So QUENCH your thirst!! 😀

I loved loved loved this workout. Mainly because it was %100 easier then I expected 😂 but also because it had the most fantastic feeling stretches during! I feel so refreshed after having sore muscles all week! This program is seriously kicking my ass!
Plus it helped having a super cute cheer squad sitting beside me the whole time! 😍 Give a like if you workout with your little ones!!
