Some people think that dropping their calories drastically will help them lose weight.
Your body will actually do the opposite. It will go into starvation mode and hold onto any calories it can cause it doesn't know when it will be fed next!

Short video from today's escalated density training! Again... My favourite combination right after deadlift with bench press! I really like this quick effective method, especially when you don't have that much time to workout. This session took me 50min. >10min warm up

fresh tan making me feel like I haven't just shed off all my muscle over the past week of next to no training 🐰 I'm finally feeling like myself again today but because I haven't been eating properly (enough) energy levels are low.
