On Fridays we flex for the gram it's kinda a big deal. Picture on the right was around October/November last year I was still lifting daily just had ZERO of a cardio routine and food choices were horrible at best. I had some of the best strength I have ever had but added way to much fat bulking the wrong way. Fast forward to yesterday on the left been more focused on what I have been eating and the timing of my eating. Biggest method that is working for me is AM cardio and cardio again before my weight training workouts 5 days a week and just AM cardio on weekends with weight training. #focused#flexfriday#gymlife#liftheavy#goals#gainz

Crazy that these two pictures are a month apart. No where near where I want to be but working everyday to get there. Went thru so much last year but I put that all behind me because there's always room to improve. I told myself only have room for success, love and happiness and nobody going to change that.

Friday's are usually my cheat meal day so instead of going wild on my calories and going way over for the day I like to eat lighter earlier and save the majority of my calories for later. Also, since I am cutting I don't want to undo all of the progress I made during the week so I don't eat in a huge surplus, usually 200-300 calories. It is also the one night a week I usually eat out so I like to go out knowing I can have couple bites of stuff I don't usually eat and I have saved the calories for it👍🏼 so for lunch o made a turkey burger veggie bowl topped with a soy glaze❤ side of sweet potato mash as well because it's high carb day!
Sometimes I look more athletic and other times more true to "my roots" 😛 more Hispanic, more curvy but at the end of the day, I am me, this is my body, I don't body shame myself ANYMORE... or try 😕
I get up everyday, go to the gym, work my ass off, because that's what I do, that's what I like, it's who I am and it's part of me.
While working full-time, I chose to write my very first book. While it took me longer than writing without working, it was so very worth it. I broke down my writing into one hour per day (my lunch break) and plugged away at it for over one year.
All of this is to say that you can do it! It takes dedication, concentration, and a bit of perseverance, but in the end you will have accomplished something great!
Stay focused on one hour per day and you will start to see progress.
This last month I seriously have started by far the BEST journey of my life! Came across this in the store and thought its perfect for my Pruvite notebook!!! Waking up feeling amazing every single day for the last month is such a great feeling.
Not only healthier, sleeping better, such better moods, energy that last ALL DAY, more focused on reaching my goals and making shit happen and best part..im burning fat while doing it all!!! 😅 but also being able to pay off debt that Ive been stressed about, being able to do/buy whatever I want when I want and not stress about is a feeling I've never had!!! I have one hell of a team right along side of me and so excited to see them do the same!!!
