You embarked on a 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 week "body blitz" or "bikini body" challenge, lost the weight you wanted and then somehow put it all back on not long after.
These quick fixes can be detrimental to your health, and if you already haven't got any health issues then get ready to have some brought up.
These quick fix timed challenges are based on one thing and one thing only… caloric deficits! They don't take in to account your stress at work, sleep cycle, any digestive issues you might have, mood, or anything else apart from getting you in the largest caloric deficit they can.
You become tired, irritable, cranky, suffer from lack of concentration, poor productivity, the list goes on. If they haven't jacked you up on caffeine and other stimulants then your going to feel even worse as there's going to be less to push you through your day to day life.
So what happens after you've finished your timed challenge? You have a celebration dinner or drinks or a whole night out to show off your new found weight loss (both muscle and fat), which then spirals in to more poor choices in food because your adrenals have finally had enough and all you do is crave quick energy fixes, and all your hyperpalatable foods take precedence over what you know you should be eating.
Changing your body takes time and patience and at least 12 weeks to start to form habits of training, eating while foods and making the right choices for your mind, health, body and everyday performance.
Next time you want to take on a weight loss challenge, think about if you are really going to be better off after the short period of time is over or if your somebody that needs more time to get in to a rhythm and routine to serve yourself better in the long run.

I'm starting to train my #Calves more cause I feel like that's one of my weak points 😫🤔 so I'm train my calves with a lot of high volume & about 3-4 times a week now. .
