Exactly 2 years ago, I took a risk and dived into the unknown.
I had no clue what the outcome would be, just that it would be a healthy choice to pursue a fitness competition, and commit myself to a positive physical change. My first competition was probably the hardest and most challenging 9 weeks of my life.
2 years go by and #BULLFROGFIT was created off the idea that with consistency and habitual lifestyle changes, everyone can feel great & become their best selves.
I'd probably still be cutting vegetables in a kitchen or showing houses(not that those things are unbecoming, but they weren't what I wanted out of life).
I knew then that I had potential to help others, to teach and to share and spread positivity. Signing up and committing to that competition 2 years and 9 weeks ago was VERY scary, and something that I wasn't necessarily comfortable with... Now, looking back on it, I realize that unless I had conquered my fear and left my comfort zone, I would never be who I am today. Some of us are so afraid to leave our comfort zone, and so we sit and wait INSIDE of our comfort zones for ever hoping to find something better or be someone better.
So this I say to you- don't be afraid to fail at something new(job, relationship, weight loss, etc)... be afraid at not knowing what could have happened if you didn't give it a GO!

I have heard people praise this book and I thought it was a load of bologna, but this is the real deal I promise 📚 and I know this isn't fitness related, but this is health related - in order to be "healthy" one has to understand how to be happy, how to accept the day-to-day bullshit that might come their way, and how to truly embrace their inner badassness. .
