Things never happen the same twice, dear one - book you have read more than once ⚪ I've never read a book twice 😅
I took my iPad in the rain...
I'm switching books like there is no tomorrow here.
•I'm halfway through the 20th anniversary edition of 'the philosophers stone'
•I've read the sample for the first 'throne of glass' book by Sarah J Maas
•I'm now reading 'The gender Fall' by Bella Forrest, (on kindle unlimited because dude those paperbacks are £10 each and there's 7 books!)
This is book 5 in 'The Gender Game series of which I've read 1-4 back in February! It's such an underrated series!
I loved the first 4 of these books and am grateful I've managed to get them on my iPad because it was playing up back on the march release day. (That's why I had to wait to continue the series)
3 more books to go.
Should keep me busy for a while 👌🏻
I'm feeling positive about ridding myself of the dreaded reading slump. Though I have managed to read a bit in the last couple of weeks, it's been slow going, and I'm finding I have so many things to think about first - I need free time to set my mind aside to jump into a new world.
What are you guys reading?
P.S. I risked my iPad in the rain for this picture. But I like it! 😄

Back from a short walk. Visited the lake by the highway and heard all the people getting home. It's a cold, cold, night 🌃 but the sky is lovely as always. Tonight I'll work a little on the new book 'A Snake and a Mouse Spend an Evening Together' 📖. Here's a line from yesterday that seems fitting for the moment, "Memories flicker from our subconscious minds. Stars blink away their shine to the sun, making the bullet diving down to earth invisible to all the poor solider men and women."
