3/4 cup and 1tbsp of Flapjacked pancake mix
1 1/4 tsp coconut almond milk
1 good squirt of Iso-splash, cinnamon bun flavor
They turned out moist and tasty! Ready for leg day!

I really couldn't tell you the last time I was felt confident enough to wear shorts 😬 I have ALWAYS felt uncomfortable about my legs!
But today I'm calling it FREEDOM FRIDAY bc you know I'm working hard and feeling strong! I feel free to be ME and I'm done worrying about what others think!

Having a sort of rough day today. Mentally fighting with lots of feelings. Deciding to be more relaxed about my diet makes me feel out of my confort zone. Uncomfortable. Not having that control over my food makes me feel I will fail and wont be able to reach my goal of finally breaking that bond with the food scale but I am willing to pay all those prices to be able to be FREE. Negative thoughts are a constant thing today but It is in ME To do not let those win over my Power and Positive Vibes 💥💥 #shifting#NoSpaceForNegativism#GlassAlwaysHalfFull
We're moving on up slowly! Close to being 7 weeks since surgery, 3x5x425 with rep 5 being paused for shits and giggles(I almost pooped on that last rep though 😵lol.)
No knee pain whatsoever, and the load feels light af. Something else to note is that the day prior I had a pretty intense BJJ practice, so being able to feel like this in the gym is pretty great. The ability for humans to adapt to stress is fucking insane. #TeamST#BreakTheBar
It's Friday so we #JumpForJoy 😃 I posted the Windmill yesterday which I love doing on the #PilatesJumpboard . It's @christymccabepilates and @annieverderamepilates who are urging us to ⬆JUMP⬆ I couldn't remember where I'd seen it! 🙃 Here's how to prep for your jumps to get a feel of the board before you start jumping like there's no tomorrow.
🔺Keep your heels on the board to lift ☝ first on your arches ✌ then on your toes.
🔺 Make sure you return the carriage all the way in as much as you can without letting your heels come up ⚠ take your time on the return. But then Jump like you mean it! 💥 Keep your waist long and your abs engaged throughout 👊
🔺 Try not to push the #Jumpboard away with your feet, push from your #abs#hamstrings and #glutes ☡ Otherwise you'll start travelling across the room! Use 1 and a half springs for complicated jumps and 2 for the easier ones 🔥🔥🔥Work the back of your legs as much as your #quads but make sure you stretch them once you're done 🔥🔥🔥
