Commercial gym lifter's observation of the day: the plates from gym to gym are NOT consistent in weight. 24 is for sure messing with me...cuz this 255lbs felt like RPE 2.00003. Last bench sesh, 245lbs felt like RPE 9.99999997.🤔

I like this exercise because it offers supreme pec isolation (it’s a single-joint, unilateral movement) while targeting both the inner and outer pecs. The inner pecs are emphasized in the first half of the extended set, and the outer pecs in the second half.
