Today was my weakness day. Put in some work on my snatches. I have a hard time keeping the bar close to my body. Focus for today was a good shrug and keeping my elbows high and outside. Still not great but im getting there. I also got my first bar muscle up today. Seth gave me a few pointers and I got it on my first try. Not many better ways to spend your bday morning. By torturing yourself for a second time with 17.1. Unfortunately I had to chalk this up as a DNF. Pretty disappointed but I'll get to compete another day.
