I had a thought and had to share!! The reason for the selfie in the car😂. ✅You you can buy all the weight-loss products, diet pills, crazy gadgets, Fat burning pills, all sorts of things but if you're not gonna work the program it's not gonna work for you. There is no magic pill. 👉🏻No matter what you buy, you still have to take care of you, you have to learn how to eat healthy, you still need to learn to fuel your body with the right foods. It really is that simple nutrition plus exercise. But you have to do the work. Nothing comes easy in life. 👉🏻here is where I come in, I help you with stick with it when you lose motivation, so you don't give up on it or something that you quit again, I help you so you aren't overwhelmed by something new, if you are willing to do the work I am going to be there every step of the way with you, daily motivation, guidance on what to eat & meal planning, positivity & personal development, learning to control how we talk to ourselves and our mindset.

There is no magic tea.
There is no magic wrap.
There is no magic diet.
YOU have to put in the EFFORT and DO the WORK.
Eating healthy and working out IS HARD.
Being unhealthy and overweight IS HARD.
YOU need to CHOOSE your HARD!💪🏼
What motivates you to workout? The hardest thing for most people is actually starting...getting out of bed, pushing play, deciding to do it even after a long day at work, practically tripping over your kids or your dog while you're trying to get that time in.
For me, it's better to get up and get it done before the day begins. It sets up the rest of my day to be the best I can. So when that alarm goes off, I have to give myself a pep talk and remind myself of why I'm doing it.
I workout because:
*I want to be a good role model of healthy habits for my girls
*I want my colitis to stay in remission, my blood pressure & my anxiety to stay down! *I want to fit into my arms
*I want to be proud & not embarrassed as summer comes & I wear tank tops and bathing suits! *I want to just feel good throughout my day

Think on this!! What if you drink from the same straw EVERY SINGLE DAY, but when you get done drinking from it, you just put it in a drawer? You never run any water through it, much less clean it.😷 The straw would get pretty DISGUSTING, right?
Eventually, enough residue would build up from all of the things you drink and prevent any liquid from getting through... Day 6 of 21! 🍀 LUCK (noun) :: success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions. 🍀
I used to believe that SUCCESS was a result of LUCK. 🍀🌈 ...being born into the right family, having the right networks and connections, looking or acting a certain way, stumbling across the right job at the right time. So many times, I look back and felt like "I missed my shot" or actually said OUT LOUD "I could NEVER do/have/achieve THAT... I'M NOT LUCKY!!" If there's one thing that I've learned it's that if you WANT something badly enough then you have to be willing to WORK for it! NOTHING worth having comes easy!
NEVER in a MILLION years did I ever BELIEVE that I'd be RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!! I'd always think I'm certainly NOT qualified for this. I remember looking at other successful people and telling myself "I could never do what they do... I can't be successful... I'M NOT LUCKY!" Hear that negativity??? "I CAN'T... I'M NOT..." All bullshit, lies, self-sabotage... and this held me BACK for too long. LONG ENOUGH... Now here I am... An entrepreneur, a dreamer, goal-crusher, and hope-giver; changing lives and building a legacy; Creating a life that I LOVE!
If you have a BIG DREAM, keep going. You'll get there. Not by luck, not by chance... but because you're willing to work your ass off to earn it. YOU CAN... YOU ARE!!! DO NOT FREAKING QUIT... because HARD WORK and the shit you go through WILL PAY OFF!!! ✌🏻 So my question...why not you?
So a couple of NSVs today 👊🏼 because you know those are more important than the scale telling you how likely you are to float off to the moon or not. 🌝 Anyway, A - one of my pumpers today mentioned that she noticed some changes so pretty cool. Always fun when other people start to notice. 😁 And 2 - I'm down a notch on my belt which is fun, and a little unexpected. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 So here's a picture of my feet because well...these boots make me feel fancy! 😂🦄🦄🦄🦄
This is what happens when that preworkout starts to work! 😂👊🏼 And yes I'm already sweaty from teaching two classes. But I chose the snooze button about 40 times earlier because you know.....sleep. 😴😴😴 So time to sweat just a little bit more, but I'm putting the focus on me now. 💪🏼
3 months from now you will thank yourself! 👍👍 I can remember thinking this very thought. Now, as I am close to the end of my program, I am already thanking myself and my coach. 👏🏼👏🏼 I had a few bumps in the road but it's how you manage those trials and bounce back that make all the difference! 💪🏼💪🏼 I'm super excited for the next group of challengers! I wish people would understand there is no Magic Pill!!! It's only Hard work in the gym and the kitchen!!!!! I can't believe how many clients I have that have told me I don't loose weight and they go and eat out Mexican food every day well.... girlfriend!!!! I tried all the diets in the world and I can tell you the best thing you can do for yourself is start girlfriend just start go to the gym once a week that's more then you did before cut soda or drink less of it cut sweets or have less these little steps will become giant steps! But people get discouraged when they don't see a result after 2 weeks well did you put all that weight in 2 weeks? I had a client today that told me im going to start a cleanse and stop working out because it makes me more hungry wow ... ok and I became soooo passionate about explaining her how bad that is for you that my head trainer was like wow you really love this subject yes I do!!! Girls I ve been there start with this small steps and continue be better and better ask for help when you need it ! A hammer is a tool my husband uses quite often. PLEXUS is a tool also, or a whole host of them in truth!

Just wanted to share something that I realized the other day. I was the same exact weight in both pictures below but amazingly enough you can see the difference in my body. The picture on the left was before I started eating clean & exercising last year.
Last year I was happy with my results but after my vacation and some personal issues I gained the weight back plus more. The picture on the right was a little over a week ago, after I completed the 3 week program. I lost the "extra" weight I had gained but was still the same weight as in the left picture.
It goes to show you, we should NOT get hung up on the # the scale shows!
Just stay focused, show up for yourself, trust the process and keep going, the change IS happening!
