I took my progress picture after 1 week of 21 Day fix. The 1 st picture was my before wraps pic. And I was only working out 1 day a week. Still eating clean. On days like this when I have to be at work earlier than "normal", I would typically do one of two things:
1) Workout at night (not my fave)
2) Skip workout and possibly double up the next day.
(Hint: I was leaning towards #2 )
Well, I decided that I didn't want to disappoint the challenge group, so I woke up at 4:15 AM to workout! 😳👍🏻💪🏻

I have read that some people use greek yogurt in lieu of mayo in chicken salad, but Ive never tried it before today.
Maybe because I don't really eat sandwiches... So I never really need/use mayo?!
Today I had chicken salad that I mixed with greek yogurt and dijon mustard. Couldn't tell you the ratios because I just kept adding little by little until I got the flavor I wanted.
End result = pleasantly surprised! I did add a lot more spinach after I took the shot 😉👍🏻
Time for Monday's Stats!!!
I am officially half-way through both of my programs and I am making great progress!! Still no indulgences, treats, or cheats!! I am ecercising EVERY DAY (except for Thursday last week, I actually had a rest day) for 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes (depending on what's on the schedule), eating clean (save for 1 day when I had a chicken patty [but it was whole grain breading and ACTUAL chicken breast]), eating enough (my calorie intake is in the 1,200-1,499 range, which may not seem like a lot, but believe you me, it really IS), and a lot of days last week I was actually OVER my container allowance! Best part about what I eat is that NO food group is off limits (yes you CAN have bread and pasta and lose weight*)!! If I keep up the trend, I'll be very near my goal weight by the end!!
*if it's the right TYPE of bread and pasta in the right PORTION, AND so long as you don't have an underlying medical issue*
I want to share something with you guys that I'm a little bit fired up about right now.
I do not diet. I am not hungry. 🔅🔅I eat to fuel my body. 🔅🔅
Not because I am bored.
Not because I'm stressed out.
I eat healthy food so that I can not only have energy for workouts, but also have energy for my family.
Yes, I started this program to lose weight and to feel good in my body, but it has transformed into so much more. When you see all of the other results from eating well and giving your body the nutrients it needs to be healthy and give you energy, You realize you are not dieting. You are not working out just to fit in that dress. 🔆You are making conscious life choices to make every day better physically and mentally. 🔆
There is no magic pill. No magic wrap. No magic drink. No amount of surgery to replace a healthy diet and hard work.
You are capable.
You can do it.
Don't give up.
Finally pushed Play Today! Sometimes it's hard to not get caught up in other things! I have a million things to do today, but I will put aside all things to make sure I get my workout in! I deserve to have 30-60 minutes to myself everyday! No, I've never been obese, but I have struggled with personal goals and body image issues.
Yes, I may have been what some consider "skinny" but I wasn't HEALTHY.
No, I wasn't already "in shape". Yes, it's been hard for me.
The point is with your mind made up you can create a healthier happier you. It's not about a number on a scale. It's about the happiness and satisfaction you gain with achieving something you once thought was impossible.
