Exercise addiction is real for some to varying degrees - both physically and psychologically. Of course it can affect other parts of life negatively but out of all the addictions and vices I'd rather workout a lot and eat healthy than for example to get fucked up on drugs, smoke a pack a day or drink excessive amounts of alcohol.
