So this is what 36 looks like!!! Today, I celebrate ME 😍
This last year has been SUCH a test and so full of GROWTH for me. It was a trying year and a triumphant year all at the same time!
I'm in awe of what my body has been capable of. And can't wait to see where it takes me on the rest of this journey!
I'm beyond blessed to still be married to my man, despite the struggles we had. I have three amazing children who light up my world daily. A wonderful family that supports me. And a dream job that I am SO proud of!

So, by working from home, in addition to helping people live happier & healthier lives, I also:
✅ get to stay home with our kids
✅ pay off our debt
✅ pay for all my own travel over the last 2 years
✅ start fun family traditions with my income
✅ buy my husband gifts with MY OWN money
✅ put my son in a private preK ✅ and buy my husband a new motorcycle!
You still with me?! You see, my husband makes decent money... but every now and then life hits you hard, and it seems like everything piles on financially at once. Whether it was our tenants moving out and having to cover a second mortgage, or unexpected car issues, us moving to different states twice in a year, there is always something!! And my extra income, has helped get us through those times!
The first time I realized JUST how much my business was helping us was when I stopped checking our bank app when I was in the checkout line at the grocery store. I used to always have this mini panic attack that there wasn't going to be enough money in there.
So I always checked... then, a couple months after I started coaching, I realized, I didn't do that anymore. Because I KNEW, there was always money there. It was an AMAZING weight lifted.
It was a weird small thing. But it's stuck in my mind that that is when I realized this business was TRULY bringing my family financial peace and freedom.
And it's only grown from there.

People always think that eating what's good for you is boring or flavorless... but I can assure you that we've eaten NOTHING bland or boring!
In fact, we've been loving every meal!

Here are my pre-planning tips to get you through the weekend! .
If you are going out to a restaurant check out the menu ahead of time. Decide on what you are going eat before you even get there. That way when you sit down at the restaurant you won't have to fight against temptation and you won't even have to open the menu! Skip the bread, it has no nutritional value! . -For parties, pre-eat! So have a shake on your way to the party. Offer to bring a clean appetizer or snack. Then make every social gathering about socializing with others and not about the food. Stay away from the food table. Help set up, make someone else's plate, offer to help clean up so you are never forced to have to just sit and stare at everyone else shoving food down their throats. . -Drink lots of water!!! Just remember that you are not depriving yourself of life, you are giving yourself life! When everyone is feeling full, sluggish and miserable you are going to be looking fabulous, feeling confident and have more energy!! . -Plan it out! If you are traveling, going to sporting events or just out all day pack a cooler of clean snacks. Even throw in an extra snack so that you are not caught in a situation where you are out longer than expected and have nothing to eat. It's easy to throw in a packet of shakeology, shaker cup and a bottle of water! I always keep one in the car! . -Get your workout in and kick some butt!!! This is the last workout of the week! You got this! Give it your all! .

So, let me tell you the story about this shirt... this shirt was gifted to me by my amazing mentor Andrea for our photo shoot during our leadership retreat in Pensacola back in November.
When she asked us in October what size shirt we wanted, my immediate response was Large.. but then I was thinking, "No Jenni! You've been working your ass off... and come retreat time, you WILL be in a Medium." So I marked Medium.
Retreat came, and the shirt was just a little to tight in the tummy. I was tugging out it. Comparing how it fit on the other girls. THANKFUL that I got to tie a flannel around my waist.
My super talented photographer friend Lorelei got the brunt of the the, "but do I look too fat?" "Is my tummy showing to much?" I rocked it as best I could and just kept remember just how far I'd come!
Then today, I put on the very same shirt that I've not earn since then... and I was like, "hmmmm this seems to fit MUCH different". So I snapped a pic... and sure enough, the shirt grew, or I shrank 😝 And the last time I checked, cotton shirts don't grow. Lol
I love seeing and celebrating both BIG & small victories!!! Cheers to hard work!

I got on the scale..... And I weigh less than I have in almost TWO YEARS!! A few more measly pounds and I'll be at the lowest I've been in SIX FREAKING YEARS!
That's right.... I'll finally have lost ALL THE BABY weight 😂😂😂😂😂 Now, let me make this VERY clear. The scale DOES NOT define my success or failure. It took me a long time to realize that.. but it's SO TRUE.
I recently sat at the same(ish) weight for a good two months, but watched my body continue to change in AMAZING ways!
I'm not saying you have to ditch the scale completely... but it should be the SMALLEST, practically obsolete, measure of your fitness success.
But I still wanted to share this because I know lots of you out there are probably how I was. Obsessed with that number on the scale.
Take pictures. Take measurements. And notice how your clothes are fitting.... and more importantly, HOW YOU'RE FEELING!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Looking for a way to spice up your breakfast or snack? I love these mason jar overnight oatmeals! .
Here is my FAVE recipe 😍 .
Maple Blueberry Pie Oatmeal .
1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup low fat greek yogurt (I omit this since I'm dairy free! And add 1/4 almond milk when I eat them!) 1 1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 cup blueberries or enough to fill the jar. .
In a 1/2 pint jar or 1 cup jar put in the oats, milk, greek yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup. Put the lid on and shake that up! Open up the jar and add in the blueberries to the top, cover and shake. Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled out of the jar or dump into a bowl! .
Have you tried these before??? I'll never eat oatmeal the same way again! .
How's this for a little #MotivationMonday ?! I'm always in awe when I look back and compare pictures. I remember when I bought that shirt... I thought it was gonna be SO COOL to workout with a shirt with holes on the sides.
Until I put it on... and it just showed fat rolls. 😔
I had to wear a tank top underneath it to even wear it. And it was SO TIGHT and CLINGY!
Well not anymore!!! Now it fits. And I can wear it comfortably and PROUD!! I can NOT wait for my Challenge Group to start and help more women get THIS feeling!!

Grocery Shopping is going down before I crash for a while ✌ .
1. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store. There is very little whole foods in the middle of the store. .
2. Hit up the fresh fruits, veggies and meats .
3. Stay away from pre-packaged meals no matter what the label says it is not as healthy as you might think. .
4. Always read your labels. .
5. Don't ever go to the store hungry! .
6. BE strong! .
You WANT to CHANGE more than you WANT to stay the SAME! .
