The weather is warming up in Texas which means more water intake for me to stay hydrated. I stocked up my favorite vitality oils because I love, love, LOVE flavoring my water with them! It's a wonderful way not only to sweeten your water but also throw all the benefits of @younglivingeo oils into your body! Which I will take all I can get! I'm off to a hair appt but I highly recommend checking out pinterest or google to read about all the benefits loaded in these bottles! 👉🏼 Just remember - always use glass and start slow. Less is more! 🌿
Story of my life!! I love solitude. Its about having time to refresh, recharge, strengthen your focus, or even redirect your focus, or become more in tune with God, to hear and feel God better, to develop your beliefs, morals and values better, to find an embrace yourself. Thats why being alone is so inspiring to me! #aloneandhappy#aloneandfree#peace#joy#refreshing#goodvibesonly#dontkillmyvibe
After school pick-me-up / pre-yoga fuel coming through 🚦⛽️ if ya like your smoothies all thick + creamy 👆🏻👆🏻all you need is lots of frozen goods plus a wee bit of liquid 👌🏻
Peachy Green Tea Smoothie:
🍌+ handful of 🍑 + 🌱+ hemp hearts blended with 1C homemade cashew milk + matcha green tea (bc I needed some extra pep up in my step.. even one of my students said to me today, 'looks like you need to go home and make a smoothie' 🤣🤷🏻♀️ )
One of the easiest cocktails, that is also easy to turn into a mocktail, the mule is a classic combination of ginger, lime, and spirit of your choice.
2 oz. Spirit of your choice
1 1⁄2 oz. of homemade ginger syrup (see ginger post 3/23 for recipe) with 6 oz of seltzer water
2 lime wedges
In a Collins glass or copper mug with ice, add the vodka and ginger mixture, then squeeze and drop in the two lime wedges. Give it a stir and serve.
To make it a mocktail, simply reduce the amount of syrup to 1 ounce, leave out the booze, and enjoy!
