So these results are pretty typical for me. Regardless of when I go to bed, I basically wake up around the same time. If I go to bed earlier, I get much better deep sleep & of course feel amazing the entire next day.
I just eliminated the vodka sodas from my diet 😭& am curious how that will impact things. Without taking a handful of supps, anyone have any good sleep hacks to try?
Did you know that cherries can help you sleep better as they are a good source of melatonin. Melatonin helps control your sleep and wake cycles. I read a study that said you could boost your melatonin and improve your sleep cycle, if you follow this routine… drink cherry juice 30 minutes after waking and 30 minutes before your evening meal. It couldn’t hurt to give it a try, right? Not only did I drink my glass of KIJU Pomegranate Cherry juice this morning but I also put some in this cherry stew to top my vanilla chia oatmeal bowl.
