6x275 and 4x295 for some new PRs today at 170lb bw. These are both after 5x4x275. Before I realized you can trim clips after selecting multiple on Instagram I did it myself on the computer. It's ok though since my phone keeps freezing when I use Instagram to do it. It's had that problem before and restarting the phone usually helps, but I already trimmed the clips and I'm really lazy.

Is this your first powerlifting meet🏋🏻‍♀️? Or, are you completely unsure of when to begin warming up for your attempts?  Here is my professional advice, for most novice-intermediate competitors: (Green circle represents beginning of warm-ups, first bar lift/  Red represents each warm-up set / Black arrow represents first attempt fight B)
🔑After ensuring there is a flight before you, begin rehab/prehab/hydration/nutrition at the start of the previous flight
🔑By the end of the previous flights first attempts, you should have a rack, weights, all appropriate gear prepared, and be ready to take bar lifts
🔑Begin first set when previous flight starts second attempts; this will give you roughly 4-5 minutes between sets, and roughly 6 sets prior to your flight beginning
🔑You should be left with, roughly, singles only while previous flight takes their final attempts
🔑Be mindful of your final warm-up single, and time it so that you are not waiting more than 10 minutes before your first attempt on the platform.  If your first attempt feels heavy, you may underestimate what you are capable of.  Or worse, you may get cold and perform poorly.
🔑Pay attention to how far into the flight you are. If you are 14th in line, that could mean 14 minutes of waiting before first attempt.

- this is a 3part Upperbody Circuit i did 2 days ago, and still sore.. DONT UNDERESTIMATE BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES! im not putting numbers of reps only because where im at, is not where everyone else is.. for example i did 50 jumpingjacks 4 times.. when others may only be able to do 30 for now, where i once was too.. or some may think its not challenging enough, so they will need to do 100 jumpingjacks 5x. everyones different. good news is, in the video was my last set of Medicine Ball variation of Mountain Climbers, where i was only able to do 8 on each leg.. today i was able to do 3 full sets of 15 reps on each leg. so dont follow MY numbers, follow your own. see what level your on, and set goals for your own self. be your own motivation! 💪💕
