105kg. Doing some technique work @valhalla_strength_south_bris tonight for round 4 since I've never continental clean and pressed or used a yoke before 😅 Now to turn this into reps 😂
Tried the axle deadlift for the first time last night. Kept it light for 4x8. Only recorded two reps because my phone is full as always 😄
Anyway this makes me realise how weak my right hand this 🙈 Time to do some grip work!
Threw in some light paused front squats at the end of leg accessory work tonight, I try and incorporate front squats as much as I can.
I find this variation of squat is good for keeping torso position upright and works the core as well as the quads.
Safe to say I am progressing well post surgery in preparation for my return to strongman competition! Filling the upper body back out, not going to have to cut very hard at all for comp either 😈🏋🏼 #imback#strongmanway
