Heavy pause front squats combined with 3 box jumps, 5 total sets definitely took its toll even with adequate rest.
100kg deadlift from Holly weighing in under 48kg a couple of days ago. She'll be looking to top this pull comfortably in the central vic Powerlifting champs right here next month. Weighing in the same as she last competed but significantly bumping her loads up will leave her with an impressive score. Can never question her work ethic. Well done Hol.

Luke joining the 100kg club hitting a smooth 100kg clean and jerk. 110kg was just out of reach following this lift, but with a few more technique tweaks, (primarily getting rid of his early arm bend in full extension) Luke has ample strength to keep bumping these numbers up.
