Observing some cotton candy clouds at sunset this evening over the city. Me and my cousin were headed back to her place at this time after hanging out a bit this afternoon. Pic taken from around San Jose, CA. (Thursday around sunset, May 18, 2017; 8:17 p.m.)
Weather update: Summer-like weather pattern developing… High pressure was building along the coast and by the upcoming weekend and early next week, a strong high pressure ridge was to be over our area. Over the next week or so, we were to see mostly clear skies. Temps were forecast to be warm and by this upcoming weekend, was to be 12-18 degrees above normal with inland temps likely to be toasty in the upper 90s to near 100. Looks like summer was starting off early this year!
