Went out and got my first tank top today after work. I was feeling really good about myself and the direction everything is going in my life. It's been about a year now that I stepped foot into a gym for the first time in my adult life. Started working out, changed my eating habits and started to rebuild my self esteem. Im at the lowest weight Ive ever been in my adult life, I have a great job with some grand prospects for the future, I have my own place and my car has been paid off for over a year now. I've had the opportunity to talk to a lot of people in the course of my past unemployment situation and have taken in their knowledge. Sometimes the person we want the most is the person were best without. We've got to understand that yes things are meant to happen just not meant to be. Some things are meant to come into our lives just not meant to stay. Don't lose yourself trying to fix whats meant to stay broken. We might not understand WHY NOW but I promise you your future will always bring understanding of why things didn't work out. Much love to everyone friends/family and all of you who have been there past, present, future who are also on their journey for a positive mind, body and soul.
Trust the process! Shed the fat while adding lean mass, then up the gains even more! (If that's your goal)
220 on the left, (and super happy Bc I had already lost 70-75lbs) Started w/ DK right around here, and focused on shedding fat!
155 in the middle, super lean, guessing around 13-14%BMI, per my last Dexa projection. Managed to get here with out compromising any lean mass I had under that fat- and actually added lean along he shred. Just with walking/running and still some CrossFit (but had pulled back on CF quite a bit)
160 (current/today) on the right, and already seeing gains in muscle from upping my calories a little, my grams of protein are on point, and a little more carbs! (From leafy greens and berries mostly) Mostly CrossFit, and some 5-6mile runs, once a week.
I am beyond excited, and so amazed, to be in this season, and wanted to share with all of you~ in the hopes that you will continue to trust the process of shedding the fat! The sculpting will come, and it will be SO worth it! Enjoy the process! ❤️🏆 Thank you to @davidkingfit for all the advice and help along the way in this journey! It just keeps getting better!
